It was Henry Ford who said, “Coming together is beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” So our motto is “Together we make the difference”. L. N. College, Jharsuguda is like a home that has been shared by teachers, members of non-teaching staff and more than twelve hundred students. All the members have diversified perspectives due to their ages, backgrounds, experiences and personal traits. L. N. College, thus, offers an amicable environment that helps in building the personality of students and provides an atmosphere of learning, creativity and freedom, so that they may grow in a caring and friendly surrounding full of hope and sense of belongingness. Perhaps this thought of Frederick Douglas might have inspired the great people of Jharsuguda who thought of building an educational Jim here. An “educational Jim” in the sense, a college, a higher educational institution that has to build the strong mind, body and spirit of the young children of the locality.
